17th to 19th February was Pearl of Africa tourism expo at Sheraton hotel under the them TOURISM IS EVERY BODY'S BUSINES . It was So amazing. Chocolate made in Uganda, tour operators from Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa, Uganda, etc.. Hotels like Sheraton hotel, Serena hotel, clouds hotel, Apoka, and many more, tour vehicles live on show, tourism clusters like kigezi tourism cluster, buganda tourism cluster, busoga tourism initiatives, Ankole tourism cluster, rwenzori tourism cluster and many more.. My special thanks to Uganda Tourism board and Uganda wildlife authority for doing a fantastic job.

 

HOW DID IT END? 

It was such a wonderful closure for pearl of Africa with a huge dinner and giving awards to the excellent tourism development contributers in the country , among then winners were  Serena hotel and as the best tourist hotel,  Kigezi tourism cluster as the best exhibitor,  Bwindi Impenetrable forest as best tourist destination in the Uganda,  Uganda wildlife authority (UWA) as the best Nature conservationist, dairy of muzungu as the best tourism digital promoter and many, manthe journey just started.
